Follow these simple steps to set up a text-to-speech automated phone call broadcast to a list of your contacts.
Text-to-speech (TTS) calls allow you to make phone calls using only written text. You can use TTS calls to make calls to friends, family members and business associates.
To make a call using TTS, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Enter your Caller ID
The Caller ID is the phone number that shows up on your recipient's phone. It may also include your name if you're already in their contacts.
Step 2: Type up your message
Just type up what you want to be said to your recipients. Of course, you can preview the audio message before sending it to your contacts.
Adding a period or comma forces the TTS voice to pause at key points during the message.

There are multiple languages available as well like Spanish, Chinese and many more.
Sigma Voice Premium offers dynamic text to speech which allows for data to be merged into the TTS message.
For example, Hello {first_name}. This call is to remind you about your upcoming appointment on {date_time}. Please call our office if you can't make it. Thank you.
Step 3: Add your contacts
You can upload your contacts or enter them one by one.
Also, you can edit and delete contacts as needed.
Step 4: Schedule the calls
Simply set the date and time you'd like to send your calls. By default, they'll be sent right away. You can set the calls to be dialed at a later date and time as well.
Step 5: Watch the calls go out
As the calls are being dialed, you can see who answered the call live and which calls went to voicemail or answering machines.
If some calls were not answered, it might be an indication it's a wrong number.
