Do Not Call (DNC) With Voice Broadcasting

Just like with email broadcasting, inevitably, there will be at least 1 (or more) person in your contact list that does not want to receive important notifications via automated phone call.

That's okay!

The important thing to do is create a separate list of phone numbers in a "Do Not Call List" file.

The "Do Not Call List" file can be uploaded into your Sigma Voice account.

After the "Do Not Call List" has been uploaded, every call broadcast in the future will scrub your phone list against the "Do Not Call List".

Unfortunately, some people delete the Do Not Call phone numbers from the main calling list. This is a mistake!

In your account, there is a Do Not Call page.

Simply enter the phone numbers one by one or upload an entire list of do not call phone numbers.

Each time you launch a voice broadcast, the system will automatically scrub the do not call phone numbers from your calling phone list.
