Sigma Voice Is Voice Broadcasting
Once you start using Sigma Voice you will quickly realize this is
a true voice broadcast platform with all the functionality you could
ever want.
At Sigma Voice, we do not charge any set up fees. There are no
monthly fees either. We offer "pay as you go" priciing.
Your account can be opened with as little as $100. All $100 will
go towards minutes.
There is no software to download. Our robocalling service is a
completely hosted web based system. Wherever you have an internet
connection, you can access your account...so you can send a voice
blast from anywhere.
Our rates are based on a per minute basis. Each call is billed
in six (6) second increments or 1/10 of a minute. A 12 second call
is billed as a 12 second call. We do not "round up" to
30 seconds or 60 seconds. There are other voice messaging companies
that do, but Sigma Voice does not.
There are also no charges for busy or non-answered calls
To create any type of campaign, you will need:
- Your Phone List(s) - This is just a list of phone numbers only
in a Notepad .txt file.
- Your Voice File(s) - The voice files can be recorded over the
phone.
- Caller ID - This is what your recipients will see on their phone
Setting up your campaign is easy and will only take a few minutes.
Once your campign is set up, you decide when to launch the calls
from the online user interface.
You can also start, stop, pause, speed up or slow down a campaign
from within your account in real-time.
If you are running a transfer type campaign, your transfers will
be routed to a phone number of your choice.
The system will not call any numbers on do not call lists.
The system will automatically remove any duplicate numbers in your
lists.
We offer toll free telephone and email support at no extra charge.
Our system can record your transferred call conversations.
