This campaign type plays a pre-recorded message to the recipient
after the recipient answers the phone and says "Hello".
If the system detects an answering machine, the system will
hang up. (There is another campaign type that will leave a message
for the answering machine.)
The recipient is offered 2 options: Press 1 to be transferred
to an Agent or Press 9 to be added the do not call list.
