Press One Live Voice Only
This campaign type plays a pre-recorded message to the recipient after the recipient answers the phone and says "Hello". If the system detects an answering machine, the system will hang up. (There is another campaign type that will leave a message for the answering machine.) The recipient is offered 2 options: Press 1 to be transferred to an Agent or Press 9 to be added the do not call list.

Message For Answering Machine
This campaign type plays a pre-recorded message to the answering machine after the "beep". If the system detects a person answered the phone instead of an answering machine, the system will hang up. (There is another campaign type that will play a message for the person who answers the phone.)

Press One Live Voice And Message For Answering Machine
This campaign type is a combination of the 2 campaign types listed above. As a result, this campaign type ensures your message will be delivered if the recipient answers their phone or if the system detects the recipients' answering machine.
